About the event
“If you want to give birth to your true self, you are going to have to dig deep down into that body of yours and let your soul howl.” – Gabrielle Roth
Join PSNOLA in a deep and playful exploration of yourself through your most reliable resource, your animal body. Multidisciplinary somatic practitioner Kate Becker will facilitate a journey through your emotions, ego, relationship to self, others, and the world, all through movement. All you need to do is let your body express itself…
The dance will be deejayed live by DJ Allons.
